Philip Chan, PhD
Head of Quality Assurance
Philip received his doctorate in chemistry from the University of Waterloo. Upon completion of two post-doctoral programs, he further developed his research and lab experience, eventually joining TRC as the Head of Quality Assurance and Technical Services in 2008.
Customer Service Manager
John joined TRC in 2006 as the Customer Service Manager, a position he still proudly holds today. He came to us with over ten years experience in production management and with vast knowledge of the industry.
Andrew joined TRC shortly after graduating from the University of Waterloo in 1995. As an experienced veteran in the TRC community, Andrew has helped develop almost every department at TRC and is an integral part of the organization. As the Operations Manager, he currently oversees all TRC facilities as well as the Regulatory Affairs department.
